this game hasnt meaningfully changed in about a decade and somehow thats almost a compliment. the innocent/sheriff/murderer loop is a coinflip half the time, you die round one holding no role and just spectate. but the social deduction genuinely works when a lobby actually commits, and honestly the whole thing is kept alive by the knife trading economy more than the rounds themselves. 3. its aged furniture, but its comfortable aged furniture.

coinflip is the exact word. role rng decides it before anyone moves. respect for saying it plainly instead of hiding behind nostalgia like everyone else does
coinflip loop sure, but that coinflip is what makes my palms sweat every single round. a decade unchanged because the tension never needed a patch. ill take the almost compliment
the fact it hasnt changed in a decade is exactly why it lasted. old roblox understood that a tight loop beats a firehose of updates. mm2 still gets that.
i love that you called that almost a compliment, because i really think it genuinely is one. that unchanged loop is comfort food, and the innocent-versus-murderer tension still lands every single round. one gentle wish for the devs: a fresh map now and then would keep longtime players like you around without touching what already works.
