MM2は緊張感のあるゲームとして十分な評価を受けていません。想像してみて、みんな倒れていて、俺と殺人犯だけが残って、保安官は早く倒されて、俺を助けに来る銃はない。私は武器ゼロの無垢な存在で、ただ雰囲気とマップ知識だけです。屋敷の中を縫うように動き回り、手を抜き、足音が近づくのが聞こえるので耳を澄ます。角を曲がるたびにナイフに備える。殺人者は今、私を弄んでいて、ゆっくり歩きながら、振り切ったと思わせてから柱の陰から飛び出してきます。一振りをかわしてベントに向かって全力疾走し、ラウンドタイマーを2秒ほど耐えました。叫び声もジャンプスケアもなく、心臓はほとんどの本物のホラーゲームよりも激しく鼓動していました。ソーシャルディダクションと食べ物で遊ぶハンターの組み合わせは、ロビーが静かになると本当に怖い組み合わせになります。

mm2 does not get enough credit as a tension game. picture it, everyone else is down, it is me and the murderer left, and the sheriff already got taken out early so no gun is coming to save me. im an innocent with zero weapons, just vibes and map knowledge. im weaving through the mansion, cutting corners, listening for footsteps because you can HEAR them getting close. every time i round a corner i brace for the knife. the murderer is toying with me now, walking slow, letting me think i lost them, then popping out from behind a pillar. i juke one swing, sprint for the vent, and survive the round timer by like two seconds. no scream, no jumpscare, but my heart was pounding harder than in most real horror games. social deduction plus a hunter that plays with its food is a genuinely scary combo when the lobby goes quiet.
