the evening my little plane finally flew
i spent a whole evening in plane crazy trying to build a plane that would actually take off instead of nosediving straight into the water. turns out balance is everything, put too much weight in the nose and congratulations, youve built a submarine. the moment it finally lifted off and stayed up i genuinely pumped my fist at my desk. theres something so deeply satisfying about flying a machine you welded together yourself, wings and servos and all. i even wired up a little logic switch for the landing gear and felt like a real engineer for about ten glorious seconds. what still gets me is how the physics just hold together no matter how cursed my build is, that is not easy to pull off and the devs deserve so much credit for it. if you love tinkering and slowly figuring things out, this sandbox is a genuine gift. ill be here happily bolting parts together for a very long time.
