《模仿者》完美还原了日本恐怖氛围，尤其是学校章节，灯光和纸灯笼造型确实令人不安，如果你读笔记，背景故事其实有延伸。Mimic本身设计很棒。唯一让我觉得降到4分的是它靠几个廉价的响亮惊吓来填补慢热部分之间的空隙。当它信任恐惧时是5分，当它发出响亮的“吓”声时，我会翻白眼。这里依然是比较精彩的故事恐怖之一。

the mimic nails the japanese horror atmosphere, the school chapter especially, the lighting and the paper lantern look is genuinely unsettling and the lore actually goes somewhere if you read the notes. the mimic itself is a great design. only thing dropping it to a 4 for me is it leans on a few cheap loud jumpscares to pad the gaps between the good slow burn parts. when it trusts the dread its a 5, when it goes for a loud BOO i roll my eyes. still one of the better story horrors on here.
