the house that was still waiting for me

i took a few months off roblox last year, life got busy, and the first thing i did when i came back was open brookhaven. muscle memory just carried me straight to my old house and it was all still there, the furniture i placed forever ago, the car parked out front like i never left. within maybe ten minutes two of my old friends joined off my server and it was like no time had passed at all. we drove to the pizza place, did the little jobs, argued about who got to be the parent in our roleplay family. i think thats the quiet magic of a game that sticks around this long, it becomes a place you can always come home to. no pressure, no grind, just a town thats always ready for you whenever you need it. so thankful the devs never let it fade.
