tycoons are the genre that raised me on this platform so i came in skeptical of a part 3, but they did right by it. build the place, cook and serve, hire staff, expand, its that same satisfying money-in money-out loop the old tycoons nailed, just a lot prettier now. its more hands-on than the classic step-on-a-button-to-buy-the-next-dropper tycoons, which i actually respect. loses one because some of the nicer decor nudges you toward robux, but the base game still gives you plenty to chew on. solid modern take on an old formula.

not a pet game i know but hear me out, unlocking every recipe and decoration is basically collecting and i am HERE for it. building the restaurant up, hiring staff, expanding the tables, its cozy and the unlock list is loooong. only a 4 because a couple of the cutest decos are gated behind robux which made me a lil sad, but still a comfy grind i keep coming back to.
solid unlock tree, recipes, decor, staff, and the expansions give you an actual progression spine to work through. as a tycoon it respects the grind and theres a satisfying amount to fully unlock. not quite a 5 because the late game slows to a money-wait, but as a completion target its one of the better tycoons out right now. 4.
Restaurant Tycoon 3 is really well done. you set up your restaurant, hire staff, cook and manage everything yourself. I like how much control you have over the decoration and the menu, there's a lot of love in it. gets a bit repetitive over time, but basically a great management game. warm 4 of me

restaurant tycoon 3 nails the most important tycoon thing, automation you EARN. early on youre manually cooking and serving, which is fine, but the real game is hiring staff so the place runs itself while you expand and redecorate. chefs, waiters, the whole kitchen humming without you touching it is peak tycoon feeling. good progression too, new cuisines, bigger buildings, prestige to push income higher each run. it only loses a star because the active cooking minigame stays a touch more hands on than a purist wants, i come to tycoons to WATCH the money print, not babysit a stove. still a genuinely deep management loop. 4, one of the better modern tycoons.
Nice little tycoon game where you build and manage your own restaurant, cook and decorate. Can be a bit repetitive in the long run but still cozy to play in the evening. Perfectly okay pastime
