casting for rare fish is way more addicting than it should be, i love watching the collection fill in one slot at a time. upgrading rods and bait makes the progress feel real, and dumping a big haul to afford the next rod is the best little loop. only gripe is the top-rarity fish can turn into an rng wall, i chased one for ages. still super cozy to grind, especially with friends casting next to you.

a more casual fishing sim than fisch. the dex and region progression are there and its a pleasant enough grind, but the systems are shallower, gear and bait dont ask much of you. its a fine pick if you want something relaxing to click through while you chat. for a progression nerd like me it runs out of depth sooner than id like. decent, just light. 3.

the fish dex is what sells me. real collection to fill out, regions to unlock, rods and bait to upgrade, a clear progression path to chase to 100 percent. a touch grindier than it needs to be for the rarest fish, and the economy leans on you farming the same spot. but for a collect em all player theres a lot of box to tick. 4.
