Isinusumite ko ito dahil ito ang pinakamalapit na narating ng Roblox sa mga backroom na talagang nakatira nang libre sa isip ko. Yung unang drop sa level 0, ang nag-ugong na dilaw na ilaw, ang basang mali sa hallway na hindi nagtatapos, sobrang kinilabutan ako at halos lahat ng nalaro ko dito. Hindi ito gore game, ito ay isang dread game at karapat-dapat ito sa bawat segundo. Nagkawatak-watak ang aming run sa malalim na level sa isang entity chase, may tumama sa pader habang nagtatago, nag-lock ang bagay sa amin at nagkalat kami na sumisigaw sa iba't ibang koridor. Namatay ang flashlight ko, siyempre, at natapos ko ang huling bahagi ng code puzzle sa ilaw ng isang teammate na tumatakbo sa tabi ko. submitting this because its the closest roblox has gotten to the backrooms actually living rent free in my head. that first drop into level 0, the buzzing yellow lights, the damp wrongness of a hallway that just does not end, i got real chills and ive played basically everything on here. its not a gore game its a dread game and it earns every second of it. our run fell apart deep in the levels on an entity chase, someone clipped a wall trying to hide, the thing locked onto us and we all just scattered screaming down different corridors. my flashlight died, of course it did, and i finished the last of a code puzzle by the light of a teammate sprinting past me. the puzzles get a little fetch questy the deeper you go, thats my only real ding, but the atmosphere never once lets up. play it in co op with voice chat on and the lights off. 5.

that first drop is the whole liminal thesis in one moment, a space that reads as familiar and safe and is quietly, deeply wrong. apeirophobia gets what 3008 also gets, the horror isnt a monster, its the architecture, the endless almost-normal room that was never built for a person to be in. the entities almost intrude on the real fear.

Apeirophobia ni memang bagi vibe backrooms betul-betul, that first drop into level 0 tu creepy gila. Sunyi tapi tension, pastu entity keluar terus lari lintang-pukang. Power la, best!
