300 hours later i finally have my grail pet

i have been chasing a mega neon in adopt me since basically forever, and last night i finally did it, and i need to tell someone who actually gets it. so the full grind goes like this. you hatch four of the same pet, then you age each one from newborn all the way to full grown by doing the little tasks over and over and over, THEN you combine four full grown pets into one neon. and you do that four more times to get a single mega. that is sixteen pets aged to full grown for one mega. i did the math one night and almost quit on the spot. but i kept a spreadsheet, traded for the ones i was short on, and last night i finally clicked combine and watched my mega glow for the first time. i actually yelled out loud. big shoutout to the traders who did fair deals and didnt try to scam me out of my potions on the way. this right here is why i collect. the grind is insane but the payoff when the collection finally clicks is unmatched. anyway. onto the next grail i guess. send help.
