a normal cozy family day in brookhaven is my favorite thing to do

people sleep on just doing a slow quiet family day in brookhaven and its genuinely my favorite way to play. yesterday me and three friends set up a whole household, i was the mom, we had a dad and two kids, and we just lived.

we started with a morning routine, everyone gets ready, i make pretend breakfast in the kitchen i decorated, then the school run in the family car (i always speed a little, sue me). while the kids were at pretend school me and the dad redid the living room and set up for the youngest ones birthday party, balloons, a cake from the bakery, all of it.

then everyone came home and we did the party and it was so wholesome i forgot we were even playing a game for a bit. thats the magic of brookhaven for me, its free, it never judges how you want to play, and you can build a whole little life with people. no grinding, no paywalls, just cozy. if youve only ever raced the cars around, try actually moving in somewhere, its a completely different game.
