nice looking city and i really wanted to love just cruising around it solo. you can work jobs, drive, get a house, all totally fine on your own. but the whole thing really wants you to roleplay with other people, and with chat off im clearly missing half the point of it. pleasant enough to drive around quietly but its built to be social first. gentle 3 from me, probably a 4 if youre the chatty type.
