task nights with the crew are the best

me and my little group have a whole ritual with Rainbow Friends now. we hop in, split up the tasks, and someone ALWAYS gets caught by Blue at the worst possible moment. last night my friend was carrying the last item we needed to finish the night and Blue came around the corner, so he just SPRINTED past all of us screaming 'go go go get in the locker.' we all crammed into lockers and watched Blue stomp past through the little vent slits, hearts absolutely pounding. when the night finally ended we were cheering like we won a championship. what i love is it never feels mean-spirited, it's spooky but silly, the kind of scary you laugh about after. if you have a couple friends and a free evening, go do a task night. you'll scream, you'll laugh, you'll come right back.
