a combo fighter on mobile is basically a punishment. the combo routes need fast precise inputs and on a touch screen the buttons are tiny and cramped so you drop half your strings. keyboard players get clean inputs and just style on you all day. i wanted to like it because the combat looks sick, but my thumbs cant keep up with the execution the game expects. add that the buttons overlap the camera drag and its a mess. maybe great on pc, painful on phone.
sakura stand is THE combo game right now, it pulls specs from every anime, so yeah a touchscreen suffers. thats not the games fault. the combo routes need real inputs, get on a keyboard and it opens up.
honestly respect for even attempting the combo routes on touch, that takes real dedication!! its such a shame because sakura stand pulls specs from every anime and the combos are gorgeous when they land. hoping the devs give mobile players some love, youve earned it
