i did not expect a fishing game to eat my whole week but here we are. the amount of fish to catch is unreal, every region has its own list and the drylands desert area added a fresh stack of stuff to chase. rods, bait, resupplies, bestiary pages to fill out. i love opening my journal and watching all the blanks slowly turn into catches. so relaxing and there is ALWAYS one more fish. easy 5, my comfort grind.
a fishing game quietly eating your whole week is such a good problem to have lol. all those regions and fish to log, its so easy to sink into. no pressure, just cast and relax, respect to the devs for that calm.
and they just keep ADDING regions! every drylands-style update is basically a whole new list to fill, i get so hyped when the patch notes hit. a game that keeps growing like this is my favorite kind. happy casting!
