the build mode is still the gold standard. advanced placement, quarter tile snapping, wedges, basements. everything stays smooth even in a fully furnished house which means their culling and part streaming is dialed. the advanced build gamepass is basically required though, and the UI is showing its age. jobs loop is shallow scripting wise. 4 because as a building sandbox nothing else feels this snappy.
