레인보우 프렌즈가 어린 아이들에게 큰 인기를 끄는 이유는 이해가 가고, 솔직히 처음 플레이했을 때 블루 체이스는 괜찮은 공포 장면이에요. 하지만 이건 저에게 공포의 부드러운 면이에요. 괴물들은 다채로운 만화 캐릭터들이고, 과제도 단순하며, 첫날 밤 이후에는 공포가 사라져요. 아무 일도 크게 커지지 않거든요. 귀엽고 무섭지만 실제로 무섭지는 않아요. 지속적인 공포감은 없고, 예상 가능한 몇 번의 잡기 장면만 있을 뿐이에요. 진짜 공포를 좋아하지 않는 친구들과 협동 밤에 보내기엔 전혀 문제없지만, 저는 관객이 아니에요. 별 3개.

i get why rainbow friends is huge with the younger kids, and honestly the blue chase the first time is a decent scare. but this is the soft end of horror for me. the monsters are colorful cartoon guys, the tasks are simple, and after the first night the fear kind of evaporates because nothing really escalates. its cute scary, not actually scary. no lasting dread, just a couple of predictable grab moments you see coming. totally fine for a co op night with friends who dont like real horror, but im not the audience. 3 stars.
