aotr scratches the grind itch hard. odm gear movement is so satisfying once you get the swing timing down, zooming around and nape slicing titans never gets old. the family system and build variety give you real reasons to keep leveling. only reason its not a 5 is the drop rng for certain gear is brutal, i farmed the same content way too many hours. content wise though its stacked.
getting the swing timing down is such a wall at first and then suddenly youre flying through a titan pack chaining napes. the grind for a good build is long but the movement alone carries it. sweaty aotr players know.
aotr is one of the only grind games where the movement IS the skill. once the swing timing clicks you zip a titan and nape it before it even turns. people who faceplant into walls just quit too early.
