[UPD] War Tycoon

tycoons are the backbone of old roblox, ive been building them since the miner's haven and lumber tycoon days. this one nails it, you grind cash, buy up weapons and vehicles, fortify your base and then go raid the neighbors. that build-then-fight loop is timeless and it scratches the same itch it did over a decade ago, just prettier. no obnoxious paywall shoved in your face either. i submitted it because this is what the genre should still look like. 5 stars, a proper tycoon.

solid tycoon and the raiding actually gives me a rush. you grind cash, kit out your base, buy tanks and jets and go wreck someone elses setup, progression feels good and the combat has real stakes. the catch for a trader like me is theres no player market, its a closed loop. all the cash you earn stays inside your own economy and theres nothing to flip or move between players. so i rate it as a game not a market, and as a game its a clean 4. just dont show up here expecting a trade scene, there isnt one.

war tycoon has good tycoon bones buried under a shooter i didnt ask for. the base half is legit, you build up your plot, droppers and buildings earn you cash, and you spend it upgrading weapons and vehicles. that part i genuinely enjoy. the problem is it keeps yanking me out of my cozy loop to get raided and fight other players, and the second my zen build session turns into a pvp match i lose all interest. for a tycoon purist the combat is a tax on the good part. if there were a pure build server with raiding off id rate this way higher. 3, the tycoon underneath is real, i just want to be left alone with it.

the unlock tree is decent, you grind cash to buy up weapons, vehicles and base upgrades and theres a fair list to work through. but once youve maxed your arsenal the loop is just raid other bases and rebuild, over and over. theres no real endgame ladder or completion reward beyond having the strongest stuff. fine for a tycoon combat hybrid but it runs out of long term goals fast. i maxed the main unlocks in a couple sessions and there wasnt much left to chase.
