the line that held
best co op moment ive had in ages and not one part of it was luck. we were down to maybe five people on the last stretch, a wall of horde coming, and normally this is exactly where a random panics, breaks formation and sprints, and the whole thing dominoes into a wipe. but this lobby somehow got it. we spaced out along the choke, front rank fires then steps back to reload while the next rank covers the gap, real rolling volleys like youd actually do it. i was on the flank with a bayonet cleaning up anything that slipped past the line. the thing people never learn is the reload IS the game, you cannot afford to fumble your powder under pressure so you keep your rhythm calm even when its right on top of you. we held that choke for what felt like forever, bodies stacking, nobody broke. when it finally cleared half the server had already died in the earlier panic and the five of us were still standing. that is earned. no gear carried us, no rng saved us, just discipline and spacing. this is what punishing co op is supposed to feel like
