Most people load into a dusty trip for the co-op comedy of nursing a dying car across the wasteland, and that loop genuinely rips, scavenge fuel, patch the engine, ration water, survive to the end of the road. But I'm here for what the world implies and never says. It's a post-apocalypse that flat out refuses to explain its own apocalypse. The bunker, the endless dead desert, the scattered leftover supplies, it's all environmental storytelling and it lands. My only real knock is that the lore lives entirely in the set dressing, there's no deeper layer to actually excavate, no notes, no decodable mystery. Fantastic atmosphere, light on buried secrets. A 4 for the mood alone.
