i did a little challenge with myself: play one round of each of my five favorite games back to back and see how it felt. started in RIVALS getting my aim warm, then straight into a DOORS run where Seek nearly caught me deep in the hallways. cooled down in Dress To Impress styling a stormy night fit, then sailed out into Arcane Odyssey to finally fight a boss i'd been putting off. finished with a sweaty Evade match dodging nextbots next to strangers who became my temporary best friends. the wild thing is how DIFFERENT each one felt. shooter energy, horror tension, creative calm, epic adventure, panic co-op, all in one afternoon. this is exactly why i never stick to one genre. there is just too much good stuff out here to only love one thing.
